Automated applying is the reason most people are on this page, so here is what it actually requires before you decide what to pay.

Chrome and Workday need the extension

Chrome execution and Workday applications need the Chrome extension. During testing, the Chrome extension is set up by hand. Other supported applications can use available cloud execution.

It works on the platforms it can finish

Auto-Apply supports Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and SmartRecruiters. Choose Chrome or available cloud execution; Workday always uses Chrome. It reads the live application form, fills it from your confirmed details, and stops for anything only you can do, such as a CAPTCHA or a login.

Autonomous applying is the paid part

Every plan can auto-apply. On Free you press Auto-apply on a job and it goes out. Focus and Sprint add the autonomous mode: it finds matching jobs and applies without asking each time. You switch that on yourself, and you can switch it back.

Choose where applications run

Choose Chrome or, where available for your mode, a Job Finder cloud browser. Your connected Chrome extension fills and submits prepared applications from your own browser and connection. Work waits while Chrome is closed. A Job Finder cloud browser fills and submits prepared applications using the service’s connection and IP address, even while your Chrome is closed. Workday always runs in your connected Chrome extension, even when cloud is selected.

How the limits work

No clock, no overage.

The parts of a pricing model that usually catch people out, written down before you pay rather than after.

Free credits do not expire: The 10 application packages and 30 minutes of practice on Free have no clock on them. They are not a trial that lapses in a fortnight. They sit there until you use them, and if you subscribe and later stop, whatever you never spent is still waiting.
Monthly allowances follow your billing date: A monthly allowance arrives with each paid invoice and covers that billing period, so it renews on the date you subscribed rather than on the first of the month. Your workspace shows the exact dates once Stripe confirms the payment.
Going over is blocked, never billed: Run out and preparation stops until the allowance renews. There is no overage charge, no surprise line on an invoice, and no automatic top-up. The only way to spend more is to choose a larger plan.

Questions people ask about pricing.

What counts as an application package?

One tailored resume, one cover letter, and the screening answers for one job. You spend a package when an application is prepared, whether you started it yourself or Auto-Apply started it for you on a paid plan.

Does the free plan really apply to jobs for me?

Yes. Free includes per-job Auto-Apply at up to 5 applications a day, sent with the resume you saved. Focus and Sprint add tailored packages and fully autonomous job selection within the limits you set.

Can I use Auto-Apply today?

Auto-Apply works through the Chrome extension. It is not on the Chrome Web Store yet, so while Job Finder is in testing we set it up for you. Ask support to get it.

What happens when I run out?

Nothing is charged and nothing is billed as overage. Preparing new applications stops until the allowance renews, and on Free it stops until you move to a paid plan. Two separate limits can stop you: running out of credits, and the safety ceiling of 25 prepared applications in a day that every plan shares. The second one clears by itself tomorrow.

How do I change or cancel a plan?

On Stripe, from your billing settings. Plan changes, card updates, invoices, and cancellation all happen in Stripe’s portal rather than here. Cancel and the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to Free. With any lifetime free credits you never spent still on it.

Which platforms does it apply on?

Auto-Apply submits on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, and supported Workday wizard pages through the Chrome extension, and can help you fill in other employer application pages. CAPTCHAs, logins, employer verification, and Workday sections it cannot safely complete can still need you. Workday employers get a candidate account opened in your name, iCIMS requires a profile only you can open, and job boards such as LinkedIn and Indeed stay manual.
