Does it apply to jobs for me?
Yes, once you switch Auto-Apply on. It applies to matches at or above the score and within the daily limit you set, through your selected available browser, on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and SmartRecruiters, using only the details you confirmed. Workday always needs your connected Chrome extension. Other application pages need you to complete and submit the form yourself; CAPTCHAs, logins, and employer verification steps may still need you.
What does the applying?
Choose Chrome or, where available for your mode, a Job Finder cloud browser. Your connected Chrome extension fills and submits prepared applications from your own browser and connection. Work waits while Chrome is closed. A Job Finder cloud browser fills and submits prepared applications using the service’s connection and IP address, even while your Chrome is closed. Workday always runs in your connected Chrome extension, even when cloud is selected. Employer security and verification steps may still need you.
What happens to my resume?
It is the source for your profile and for tailoring applications you approve. You can download everything we hold, or delete the account and its data, from Privacy and data in your settings.
What do I need before it works?
You confirm a profile built from your resume first. Until that is done the job, application, resume, and interview sections stay locked, because none of them can produce anything useful without it.
Can I get back an earlier resume?
Every tailored version is saved separately and the original file is kept intact. You can go back to any earlier version at any time.
