Use the service honestly
Do not provide false qualifications, impersonate another person, submit another person’s private data without authority, or use generated material without reviewing it for accuracy.
Respect websites and source boundaries
Do not use the service to bypass CAPTCHA, access controls, robots or terms restrictions, rate limits, or website security. Do not ask it to scrape or automate LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or another protected source without written permission from that site.
A user-imported URL or pasted job description authorizes saving that private reference only; it does not authorize crawling the source. Manual-only sources may be opened for the user but are not server-scraped.
No credentials or harmful activity
Do not enter job-board passwords into Job Finder, upload malware, probe other accounts, overload the service, interfere with audit or usage records, or use the service for unlawful discrimination or harassment.
Applications remain user-controlled
Local assistance may preview or fill a small approved set of non-sensitive fields, and the user reviews the result and submits on the employer site.
Auto-Apply may submit on the user’s behalf only after the account holder enables it and records consent, and only within the platforms, mode, daily cap and usage allowance they configured. The score threshold applies to autonomous selection. Do not use it to apply for roles you are not qualified for or authorized to apply to, and do not use it to overload an employer with volume. Enabling Auto-Apply does not transfer responsibility: the account holder remains responsible for every application submitted under their account.
