Current service
Job Finder is a live service. Signup, voice practice, Chrome application assistance, and paid features are available only when they are switched on for your account.
The service can help discover jobs, organize career data, draft application materials, provide limited Chrome form assistance, and support interview practice. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by the user.
Your decisions and final submission
You remain responsible for the truth, accuracy, and suitability of information used in an application. The service never invents sensitive, demographic, legal, compensation, signature, attestation, or work-authorization answers. Auto-Apply may use such an answer only when the account holder explicitly saved and confirmed the exact value for generation in the profile or Answer Vault.
By default the user performs the manual final submit on the job site and may then explicitly mark the application as submitted in the workspace. Auto-Apply is the one exception, and it is off until the account holder turns it on and records versioned consent.
When Auto-Apply is enabled, the service submits applications on the user’s behalf only on the supported one-click platforms the user selects, within the daily cap and available allowance. In per-job mode, the user chooses each job; autonomous mode may choose eligible matches using the configured score threshold. It submits a form only when every required field can be answered from stored profile, saved-answer, and resume data; anything it cannot answer is left unsubmitted for the user to handle. It does not invent an answer and does not solve CAPTCHA. Sensitive, demographic, legal, compensation, signature, attestation, and work-authorization values are used only when the account holder explicitly saved and confirmed the exact answer for Auto-Apply. Attempts record the job, time and observed outcome, including failure or uncertainty.
For supported Workday forms, Auto-Apply runs only through the user’s Chrome extension. It may create a candidate account on the employer site with the user’s email and an app-generated password stored encrypted by Job Finder. Email activation, verification codes, unknown answers, and separate legal commitments are handed back to the user before the application continues.
Depending on the selected route and availability, supported applications may be sent from the user’s own browser through the Chrome extension or from a hosted cloud browser. Cloud fallback may be used when enabled for the selected route. Workday uses the connected Chrome extension only. Versioned consent describes these execution routes before Auto-Apply is enabled.
No outcome or compatibility promise
The service does not promise interviews, offers, employment, response rates, or compatibility with every applicant tracking system (ATS), website, document format, or accessibility setup.
Accounts, acceptable use, and termination
Users must protect their account, follow the Acceptable Use Policy, and avoid misrepresentation or unauthorized access. Access may be suspended for safety, misuse, invalid account state, or deletion processing.
Billing and policy status
Stripe-hosted Checkout or the Customer Portal collects payment details; the application does not store full card data. A return-page redirect never grants paid access: verified Stripe webhook processing and the local billing projection are the authority.
Commercial terms, governing law, warranty, liability, dispute, and contact language remain placeholders for professional legal review.
